Which channels does EcomUp reply on?
Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, a regular WhatsApp number linked by QR code, and a chat widget for your website. It also replies to comments on Facebook and Instagram posts you publish through EcomUp.
Does it really reply in Bangla and Banglish?
Yes. It answers in the style the customer writes: Bangla script, Banglish or English. It also understands voice notes and product photos, so customers can send a screenshot instead of typing a product name.
Will it make things up about my products?
It answers from your catalogue and the business details you give it: prices, stock, sizes and delivery charges. You can read every conversation, and when it can't help or a customer asks for a person, it pauses and hands the chat to you.
How does the fake order check work?
Before you ship, EcomUp looks up the customer's phone number in Bangladeshi courier delivery records. Numbers with a high return rate or fraud reports are held for review or blocked. It's a records check, not guesswork, and you can switch it off.
Which couriers are supported?
Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Paperfly and CarryBee, using your own merchant accounts. EcomUp books the parcel, receives the status updates, and can send the customer an SMS invoice.
Do I need a website?
No. Many sellers run entirely from a Facebook page. You can add products directly in EcomUp, sync them from WooCommerce, connect a custom store through the API, or publish a storefront with cash on delivery from EcomUp itself.
How does the free trial work, and how do I pay?
Create an account without a card and try EcomUp free for 14 days. Plans are billed in taka through EPS, monthly or yearly.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates as Admins or Managers, share saved replies, and let anyone take over a chat from the AI. The number of seats depends on your plan.
