Ecomup.Ai is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses automate social media marketing, manage e-commerce operations, and streamline customer interactions across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and WooCommerce. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. Ecomup.Ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Payment and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@Ecomup.Ai.ai for refund inquiries.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecomup.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecomup.Ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

14. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
