Why we started
Most online shops in Bangladesh run on chat. The same questions about price, size and delivery charge arrive all day and late into the night, and every missed reply is a missed order.
We wanted a tool that replies the way a good shop assistant would, knows your products and rules, and hands the order straight to your courier.

Orders come through Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, in Bangla, English and Banglish. EcomUp is designed around that, not adapted to it.
